About the Award

Our OCN NI Award in Mental Health and Well-Being is designed for individuals aged 14-22 who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of mental health. This accredited course covers essential topics that promote emotional and psychological wellness, helping participants develop a strong foundation in mental health awareness. The course aims to empower young people with the tools they need to manage their own mental health, support others, and contribute positively to their community.

Course Details

The course will be held every Tuesday afternoon from 1:30-4:30 pm, starting on 10th September 2024 and continuing until 17th December 2024. This will take place at Phoenix Education Centre NI, located at 244 Woodstock Rd, Belfast BT6 9DL.
